    Please review this refund policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

    If your order arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to us with a claim within 30 days from the moment you have received your order.  Claims raised after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.

    To process and accept your claim, we require:

    • your order number
    • a receipt or proof of purchase
    • description of the issue or concern
    • visual proof if the product is faulty or damaged


    Cases when items are not eligible for refunds:

    • Items that were purchased on sale with discounted price
    • You did not contact us within the specified time
    • You changed your mind
    • Customer provided an incorrect address
    • Courier deems the address as insufficient
    • Customer ordered wrong size


    After we received and processed your claim

    We will contact you with a suggested settlement:

    • send you a new product
    • refund you
    • discuss the rejection of the claim

    In case of a refund, the money will be transferred back to the account you used to make a purchase. 


    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

    • recheck your bank account
    • contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted
    • check what the processing time in your bank is

    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the same email address, and we will check everything promptly.

    If there is nothing particularly wrong with the product and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
